Not Eating his salad

Hey,
Ollies not eating his salad at all. When he gets too hungry from not eating it he'll eat the old salad in his bowl from the day before. Just wanted to know what I can do to make him interested in it. He eats all of his meat.
I feed him Collard Greens, carrots, zucchini and apples in his salad. Should I change anything? Im just kind of worried about this.

Instead of carrots, try some yellow squash. Try mustard greens or turnip greens. Maybe he doesn't like collards. Try escarole, dandelion greens. See what he will eat. Mine isn't eating a lot of salad and she got mad at me today for giving the crickets the remaining meal. I later gave her some mustard greens and beardie bites. She ate her mustard greens and then I fed her some crickets for protein. My beardie's shedding and not eating much. But before she shed, she ate like there was no tomorrow. But by day, she's active and fine. Goes twice a day and passes urates some times.
