Well Jasmine has put my frustration level through the roof. Ever since I bought her 2 months ago, she has been uninterested in veggies. (she's 8 months old.) She would devour crickets no problem (up to 30 large in one meal) but rarely eat any salad. So I bought her 100 superworms as a treat and she became an addict. She turns her nose up to crickets now and completely ignores all veggies even when dangled in front of her face. I know supers can be a good staple, however, I personally don't like using them. They are hard to dust, they make her not want salad, and they are considerably more expensive than crickets. When I ran out of supers the first time, I put her back on crickets. It has been 2 weeks and I don't think she's eaten more than 15 crickets this entire time. It also means she hasn't been getting nearly enough supplements. Just today I got more supers and voilà, she devours them. I am 100% sure she would rather starve to death than eat anything but worms.
Temps are fine, lights are fine, not impacted, and fully active.
This was my rant for the day.
Also I'm in Canada and not too sure if I can order cheap feeders from anywhere. Would love a roach colony but my parents will have nothing of the idea. Something about roaches getting loose and infesting the house... BS I know... :x
