Not eating and generally uncomfortable

Hi my beardie is coming up to being a year old and for some reason she has barely had anything to eat in the past week and a half. The temps are right, the food is right, her poop is ok. No idea why she is not eating.

Anyone else having this issue? Could it be the changing in seasons?

Maybe it's brumation. Has she been more lazy than usual lately, trying to get away from heat, getting grupmy etc?

Yeah she has! Maybe it could be that then. Isn't she a little young for this though?

Beardies under one years old typically don't Brumate, but as you said, yours is nearly one, so she could just be an exception. As she is so young, I'd keep an eye on her, but to me this sounds like classic Brumation, and it is changing into Winter so it makes sense that it would be that. :mrgreen: Hope I could help!

It's rare but beardies can start early, many around 9 months. There are things to do in preparation though, so I'd certainly read through the article thoroughly
