Normal beardie behavour?!

I've had my beardie for 7 months now and she just turned 2 in December. Since I got her she hasn't really been overly active apart from feeding time, however the last week she's been acting completely different!

The last couple of days when I've let her out of her vivarium, she goes running around my room, stops for a bit, head bobs before running off again! Then she runs back into her viv, basks under her lamp for a bit longer, head bobs again before going running around my room again.

I'm not her first owner, so I'm wondering if its just taken her a long time to settle into her new home before feeling comfortable enough to go running around, but just wanted to check on here. She's still eating a pooping well, so nothing else untoward, just the sudden behaviour change is a little odd!

My 3 year old male does the same, suddenly he became hyperactive when he usually was the laziest dragon. We suppose its mating season and he is looking through our entire house looking for a female (which is pointless in his case!). He had the same change in behaviour last year too. If I remember, it lasts for a while, then he will come back to his usual lazy self.
