Have you been able to try any other feeders? Hopefully you can get some roaches or another feeder to offer. She might have gotten the taste for superworms and decided crickets just don't cut it anymore. I'm in the same boat, and my vet who keeps dragons laughed and told me it's pretty common for them to get hooked and she has never seen a dragon that has refused super worms, unless it was very ill. :roll: hopefully you can get some roaches (or soft bodied worms, like reptiworms, butterworms, silk worms) and she takes to them.
It's good that she is eating her greens, you can add a small amount of the vitamins to the salad to make sure she is still getting those. Too bad you can't trick her.
You might be able to safely feed her small superworms that have recently moulted (all white). That would be difficult to keep up with and not do anything to kick the habit though.
