Hmm okay good to know. I just went in the room to check on Stanley and he is basking, but he is all super dark. My first thought was omg he is burnt! ? He seems to be acting okay but why is he so dark?

Probably just normal if he acting fine.
Might just be trying to get warm. Some people call them "stress marks"....but I don't like that term because it freaks people out when it can be perfectly normal. Its one of the most often areas of concern based on the use of that term.
