HI everyone i hope ALl of you all is great today. My question what is the easiest food to feed my baby bearded dragon? I am hopeing for something other then crickets since they seem to be hard to keep alive long

There are many great feeders for your baby dragon. I shall list them.

Phoenix worms: High in calcium soft bodied worm. Great staple feeder. Website. http://www.phoenixworm.com/servlet/StoreFront
Dubia Roaches: Great meaty staple feeder. They don't smell, don't make noise and don't climb. Way easier to make a colony of than crickets. I have no website I can vouch for. But there are many people here selling them.
Wax Worms: Only if your beardie has lost a lot of weight. A good once a week treat. Very fatty though, so go easy. You can usually buy them from your local pet store. Avoid black ones because those are dead.
Meal Worms: Avoid at all times. Tough chitin shell is very hard. Will give the dragon impaction.
Super Worms: Only when your beardie is longer than 16 inches.

WOw im kinda afraid of roaches not sure why they just freak me out how long will they live id love to buy some and have enough for 1 month and only have to buy new in another month.ps ty for ya reply

I forgot to say that it takes a while for the roach colony to grow. And I have no idea how long they live. As I am yet to buy them. But if you are scared of them then you can just get phoenix worms. Again, I haven't ordered either. I am just going off what I read.

I see a lot of people having a hard time keeping crickets alive. I threw some (still alive) in the yard the other day.. that was left over from an order I got back in June. They were way to big to feed to either my baby Beardie or my leopard gecko. All I do is keep plenty of egg crate or other cardboard structure (I actually have some cardboard pieces from a stereo I bought last xmas in there). Paper towel rolls work too. A carrot or two.. I take a potato and slice it long ways into 4 pieces.. and gel water. I also throw gut load in.. to build up the nutrients for the lizards. They seem to NEVER die.. In fact they grow so large and annoying that I keep them in my sons room so we don't have to hear them.

I am about to try Phoenix worms for the first time.. because they seem to be better over all than crickets anyway. I hope I can keep them alive too!

How many Phoenix worms would i need for 1 baby bearded per month.ANd once gain ty both for ya help id guess my dragon is like 3 inches long

Wow i found a cricket place that like 40 miles from me maybe that will save me shipping.There called Georgia crickets not sure if there any good

Hmm, I don't know. But being really close to you would cut shipping. Maybe search in the 'Feeding' forums here, 'Georgia Crickets' and see what comes up.

For a baby I'd use crix or phoenix worms. Beware. They're little pigs and should eat more than 30 a day if healthy.
