As soon as I read Zilla I had to comment...Zilla's are no no's and we made that same mistake!!! When we got our Lokey he dropped a ton of weight and only ate 2-3 crickets a day...we got him the ReptiSun 10.0 bulb and he eats about 20-25 crickets a day! I would say your lighting is the biggest problem...we have Lokey in a 10 gallon tank with a Repti Sun 10.0 and a 100w house bulb and he is very happy

Marisa - how are you taking your temps? A 100 watt bulb on a ten gallon tank seems like too much to me. I have a sixty gallon tank with a 40 watt flood. If your temps are too high on the cool end your baby can't thermoregulate and could dehydrate and become ill. Are you using a digital probe to take your temps?

lokey's temperature is around 100 in the direct basking spot and around 80, 85 throughout the rest of the tank. theres an analog thermometer in there. however, i have my thermometer gun to check his basking spot and the cooler sides of the tank. he's fine. if ant illness would occur, it would have shown up by now. - john
