Hi there, Im thinking in adopting a bearded dragon around 1 year old. Can someone please tell me how the feeding schedule should be daily???
Im reading a lot and watching a ton of videos on YouTube, but I hear different things.
Also would the lighting cost raise my bill too much??
Sorry I ask this questions. Just want to learn as much as I can before I get him/her.
I will appreciate all the help you can give me.

A year old dragon will be almost fully grown so you'll want to offer mainly salad. A nice variety of veges should be the staple every day. I reference this list and offer 2-3 items per salad and rotate depending on what is fresh at the store/market each week http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html It's good to offer bugs as a supplement but only once or twice per week. I use dubia roaches as a staple but also offer black soldier fly larvae, hornworms, and silkworms on rotation to offer some variety.

The lighting is relatively low wattage and doesn't affect the power bill by much. The combined wattage of my main lamps is about 90w running for about 14hrs per day.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
