He is doing good. He looks for us when we aren't in the room and runs over towards us when we come in.

Aww how cute! He must really love you guys!

Or he is using his cuteness to take advantage of you so you will take him out of his tank haha.

I have discovered that the key to getting Rango to eat his veggies is to sit and finger feed him. Spoiled little creature lol :D

He has decided to refuse crickets and only eat his kale. He doesn't like carrots much. I am trying to get him outside some for natural light but it seems to stress him out. My hubby lost his job today :( so the uvb light will have to wait. It really sucks we were not expecting the job loss.

I am hoping he is just still adjusting and will start eating protein again. We have only had him a week and a day. He is just so tiny and the crickets are not small but they are all that I can get. He is pooping and it looks fine and he likes to play in his bath. The warm side of his tank is 100 the cool runs 80-85. I have calcium powder but no vitamins powder. We are feeding the crickets the gut loading food but of course if he refuses to eat them that isn't much help.

I don't know how old they are. The local pet store just offers whatever they have. They are all in a big open bin. They don't carry any feeders other than crickets. Sorta smallish mediumish crickets but not tiny. lol

If you had some turkistan roaches or dubia roaches available for you to get would you be ok with having them and feeding them to your beardie? Are there any kinds of feeder bugs you would not be ok feeding?

The only thing I don't want to feed is stuff that might hurt him. I am doing my best to keep him healthy. I love him and am so attached already.

We know Rose. You are doing the best you can and thats what matters. If only more people tried as hard as you do.

Rose, I sent you a private message. Think it over and get back to me ok? I'm very impressed at how hard you are working to help this little guy :)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
