new bearded won't poop

Ok so this is my first time working with bearded I got one that I bought from a guy on craigslist. He seems pretty healthy so far. I got him maybe a week or so ago a day or two after that I bathed him and he pooped however he hasn't pooped since. The guy who had him was ONLY feeding him some veggies and freeze dried crickets so once I got him I started feeding him meal worms and real crickets plus so far he's tried bananas peppers aND apples. His temp is 100 in the basking area and between upper high 70d and low 80s in the rest of the cage. Things I have noticed would be that I've been giving him water and it does become empty but i haven't seem him drink yet. So it could be that it's evaporated. He has been active when eating. I can't tell If his eyes are droopy but they might be a tiny little bit. Everything else points to him being healthy bUT he hasn't pooped yet. Please help!

Try feeding him more vegetable matter like turnip and mustard greens. How old is he? If he's an adult then he needs to eat mostly vegetables and fruit with a little bit of meat. It should be an 80:20 ratio.

The best thing I can suggest is don't feed that many mealworms (crickets or roaches are better) and feed him more vegetable matter like leafy greens. Also, give him a warm bath once a day for 20-40 minutes and see if he poops.

The temps sound ok, but the water dish makes me wonder. What substrate do you have him on? Do you see water spots on the side of the glass? My beardie LOVES splashing out all the water in her dish, but I've only seen her physically drink once - they mainly get their water from food items. It's very unlikely that the water evaporates so quickly like that - unless you have it under the basking light. I keep my water dish on the cool side of the tank.
