New addition! Question.

Hey all. Just got this new little guy today!
He's is a red hypo. We love him,but they had him on sand !
Was wondering if it would be ok to us a little lactulose on him right from the get go to make sure there is no problems?
Only had him a couple of hours. Fed him (25 crickets, pig), bathed (no poo) and now he is basking

If anyone could help it'd be much appreciated!

Hello there,
Personally I wouldnt start dosing him with anything until you know theres a problem.
After the stress of moving it could take him about 3 days to settle down and pass something for you.

Till then Id say go the natural way and offer him some unsweetened apple sauce or canned pumpkin. You dont want to stress his system after moving him if you dont need to
