That product will be fine to use.
I am not sure what neosporin would be called for you in the UK. You can get any antibiotic ointment (without pain medication added) for him. Polysporin could be another product to look for, too.

Does your dragon have a cut or scrape?

i am unable to find polysporin either! and her ankle is abit red but doesn't seem to be bothering her at all. it had happened from her glass dancing and her foot rubbing on the tiled floor.

you cant get any antibiotics of any form in the UK without a prescription. I'm reasonably sure it illegal to buy or sell.
