I have a shipment of a 1000 superworms (new feeder) coming in soon, 2/3 days to be exact and I only have access to wax worms at the moment. Is it ok to keep him on wax worms for just 2 more days? He is a big greens eater so I'm not worried about him getting TOO much wax worms but is it alright that today/yesterday and probably the next few days he will eat wax worms?

I would say its fine.... but i dont even own a beardie yet so i will let other people chime in. lol Main reason you dont want wax worms as a staple is there high fat content, but for just a day or two i dont see the harm.

I have been in this exact situation more than once (because I am terrible at planning), and my beardie seems okay. I try really hard not to feed too many, but sometimes he would give me the sad-mummy-I'm-still-hungry eyes and I would give in and give him a couple more. I remember reading that waxworms are basically beardie candy, so I would only give him as many as I would give the equivalent of children cookies for breakfast, if that makes any sense. Feeding your dragon waxworms for a couple days will not hurt him. I'm just curious though, how old/long is your beardie? I've never fed superworms, but my dragon is still only 10 inches long.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
