need help...beardie pics...photobucket

I have a photo bucket acount. I have lots of pics of my beardie on the acount. I just dont know how to podt the beardie pics from photo bucket to beardeddragon.org. I need VERY SPECIFIC directions on how to get my beardies pics from photo bucket to a topic or forum.
