Need advice on a rescue beardie

Ok so I rescued a beardie his back legs just dangle. Front legs work but he mainly leans to the side.. he eats fine vowel movements are fine he even is active just her legs don't work she has a reptisun 10.0 bulb hot side temp stays at 107 cold stays at 80 ish she is growing but it's slowly. Possible handicap?
