My son's bearded dragon won't go to the bathroom! Help!

We purchased his teenage bearded dragon from someone at a local pet shop who supposedly breeds them. Almost immediately, it started shedding it's skin. Also, from the very start (Dec.24th), we had problems with it going to the bathroom. We are novices and didn't realize until we did some research that it should be going everyday! We have changed the liner, the lights so that they are about 100 degrees on one side and a cool uvb on the other side. We mist him with water; give him warm water baths; give him greens and other fruits! I am at my wits end as to why this lizard won't poop and my son is so worried about him, that he now wants to give him away?! Can anyone tell us what we are doing wrong?

Hello there,
There are some easy "quick pooping" tips I can give you to induce a bowel movement.
Ive had to deal with two very badly impacted dragons before and its not fun I know

We first need to check out your set up to make sure the enviroment isnt a factor.

Please answer the following:

How long have you had your dragon?
How long is your dragon?
What is the sex of your dragon?
What size enclosure do you have your dragon in?
What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank?
Do you use UVB lights?
If so, Is it a coil, compact, fluorescent tube, or Mercury Vapor bulb?
What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)?
How old is your UVB bulb?
How close can your dragon get to the UVB?
Do you use a separate basking bulb? What kind and what is the wattage?
What are the basking temps?
What is the cool side temp?
Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun?
Where exactly are you taking your basking temps?
Do you use a heat rock or heat pad?
What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific.
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)?
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc?
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them?
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)?
Do you bath your dragon? How often?
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath?
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon?
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done?
