can i have an honest opinion on this i have a reptisun t5 10.0 ho as uv i know the sand isn't a good idea what is an alternative which will still look great give me tips on what to add to make it look nice you get the feel i want want it too look really cool thanks in advance

Hello . I wouldn't house two beardies together that is really dangerous. They aren't social animals. They could easily attack each other and kill or hurt one another. I wouldn't use sand. They can get impacted from it. You can use paper towels, newspaper, tiles, or reptile carpeting.

Also I would place the UVB light inside the tank. When it is on top of the cage the full UVB can't enter. You can get and strips and place the UVB light inside.

If you want a lot of ideas you should look at the Vivs only thread at the top. Its a sticky and has A LOT of Vivs and cool ideas. Or you can look at the DYI threads for things you can make yourself. Have fun and be creative.
