My little guy is hurt!

hey my female had her first clutch. and iv had 14 hatchlings for a month now and just noticed one of them has a hurt front arm. his hand on the left arm is bent back and he runs around on it. he/she still hes eating fine. just worried and wondering what should i do to help him?

i agree a vet needs to take a look but my girl has this, apparently its a neuronal issue and they just have no awareness of where the limb is, so they dont know to correct it. Its quite rare in reptiles. But if it has just happened there be an underlying cause a vet needs to rule out.
