My Brother has a Bearded Dragon need help

His Bearded Dragon is female and 2 yrs old and she has been having water poop and it smells awful. And she is lethargic and just lays out, but when food time comes she is a monster, she is in a viv all by her self. My zipper is in another room, I am about to do the questioner that you guys gave me. I believe he needs to take her to the vet, cuz I think it might be parasites but you guys are the authority on Beardies

Di you have any type of night time heat source (ceramic heat emitter, colored bulb, etc)? - color purple 100 watt
How long are lights on each day? - basking bulb 10 hrs and night heat all night till morning.
What are the basking temps? - 95-100
What is the cool side temp? - 85-90
What is the night time temp? - 80
Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun? - Digital and stick
Where exactly are you taking your basking temps? - under basking and under night bulb opp. sides of tank
Do you use a heat rock or heat pad? - no
What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific. - super worms, wax worms, freeze dried crickets and grass hoppers, river shrimp, occ, goldfish, meal worms, Mustard greens
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)? - 2 times a day afternoon and evening
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc?
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them? - Yes, Repti Calcium with d3 from zoo med.
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)? - yes and they are always wet, like water
Do you bathe your dragon? How often? - yes once a week
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath? - a very big water bowl in her viv and misting with water every other day
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done? - Never
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon? - No

I see many things wrong with his viv set up that I think need changed but it will be better if you guys see it and post back what changes you see and then he can believe me

Please tell him that he should get a fecal done ASAP.
Also he needs to switch the uvb light to a repti sun 10 TUBE . And mount it inside the tank
10" is very small for a 2 year old.
Youre not supposed to feed supers until theyre 16" long so i would stop with them. Also mealworms arent very nutrious and can also cause pactions. He is feeding him fish? I dont think youre supposed to do this at all!! That sounds really odd to me.
Please tell him to make him a fresh salad every day made out of mustard greens,squash,dandelion or turnip greens. He needs "fresh" crickets etc not canned ones.
I would also remove the "big water bowl" as too high humidity can cause respiratory infections.
And he should remove the colored night light as beardies can see all kinds of light and he might not get enough sleep. If it gets below 65 fahrenheit at night,get a ceramic heat emitter.

Looking at the picture, he looks bigger than 10 inches. Is that just head to vent?

Also looks like there's a tail nip, how much of the tail was lost?

I will tell him of the changes you guys say need changed and alot of them are ones I even said,
he measured Her again and she is 12'' from nose to tip of tail.
and yes her tail got nipped but it was like that when he purchased her at a pet shop.
See I have the beardie named Zipper that had bad mbd, he goes april to get xrays done so we can see how after I fixed everything how good I did for my baby, and I am trying to help my brother but he seems set in his way. But he allowed me to ask you guys about her and to get your help

You and me both if he dont take her to the vet then I will, I love that beardie, if she had her full tail she would have been about 17'' but she got measured from tip of nose to tip of tail and she is 12''

If he doesnt mind spending the money to get her checked then at least for piece of mind you know if something is wrong or not and can correct it rather than let it progress into something worse.

I agree fully. I am gonna male sure he takes her or if not I am gonna do it, she is a wonderful Beardie, and she does eat just like yours like there is nothing wrong but I know something is and it will give me piece of mind as well as him.
