If this is her first clutch? Sometimes the first clutch is laid at random like that and the amount of eggs is usually less than "normal". Usually the eggs are infertal if that happens. I had one girl on her first clutch of the season lay 7 eggs all around her cage, 1 or 2 a day. They were all infertal. Then her second clutch about a month and a half later she buried 14 eggs in one sitting. One of my other girls just laid her first clutch of the season. 8 eggs all around the cage again. Next one should be good from her.
Sometimes they do go off eating just prior to egg laying. That is why it is important to boost thier food and calcium intake early on in thier pregnancy. After she lays all her eggs she will go back to her regular eating cycle in a day or two after the last of the eggs have been laid.
