My beardie hardly eats

My beardie Eric is about 1 and a half years old, lately he isn't eating much at all. He is very fussy about what feeders he eats, he will eat hoppers but not many at the moment, and sometimes he will take roaches or worms of various kinds. How many large hoppers should he ideally eat in a day?

He doesn't touch his veg either, when he was younger he used to eat his veg but he hasn't for a while now. Sometimes it looks like he has had a nibble but not often.

We've tried putting worms in his salad but that doesn't work.

Any ideas to get him eating his veg? We give him rocket and pepper and then swap between other vegetables each week as well.

We moved house about a month ago but he stopped eating his veg before this really, he seems very settled and happy and active during the day.

Can anyone help?
