MVB bulb and closing eye issue

So, about four weeks ago I purchased a MegaRay 100w bulb to replace my broken Powersun bulb...I used the MegaRay for about two weeks and my beardie started to close one eye all the time. I didnt like this, so I took the bulb out and put a standard 100w basking bulb in...within two or three days he was back to normal...

so I emailed someone at reptileuv.com and told them what had happened...they responded quickly and told me I probably got a bad bulb and they would ship me a new one ASAP...and for me to ship the bad one back to them...


I am still waiting for the new bulb, but I just wanted to say how happy I was with their service, and how quickly they responded to my emails...it is awesome to see a company that cares so much for their customers and their pets!!

That's great that you have a new Megaray coming and that your beardies eyes are doing better.
