Multiple hard urates in bearded dragon burmation poop

So my adult bearded dragon has had some issues with parasites (flagellates and pinworms) but after doing panacur and flagyl he’s been feeling better. Recently he’s kinda gone into a half burmation state. He’s falling asleep earlier and not wanting to wake up as early. He still has a good appetite but won’t poop as much.

Today he just crapped and I though it was your average messy burmation poop, but there were 3 or 4 urate like things in his poop. There were a few tiny ones (around the size of a pinhead) and a singe large one (the size of an eraser on a pencil). I took plenty of photos and I even took a few under a microscope.

The only thing I found of interest was it looked like it was made up of a bunch of tiny little orbs (definitely not parasites though) and there were two little black rods (sticks?) that seemed to be trapped within the hard urate.

Also along with this I’ve wanted to ask about these translucent little shapes in his poop too. I don’t think they are anything to worry about but I figured I might as well ask.

Other than this he’s perfectly fine. I’m thinking about starting Im back on flagyl cause he still has runny poops despite no parasites that I can see and getting a soy yogurt everyday as a probiotic.

All my lights are within the proper ranges I filled out that whole questionare list and got the thumbs up. They might be a little cold at night cause winter is being awful but definitely not in the dangerous ranges.

The urate looks a little dry and chalky which could mean dehydration --- are you rinsing the salads greens before serving - if not try that --- I would not start any medication until you get a fecal test done --- you can take one in and have it tested -- I am going to have another one on here look at the poop -- are you feeding any supplements?

I’d love to do a fecal test at a vet but it’s $175 dollars cause I since I have an exotic I have to pay special fees and it’s a two month wait period before they could even see me. I live rural and either vets won’t touch reptiles or they charge ridiculous fees and dont even know what they’re doing. It sucks. But luckily I have a microscope and family that work with microbiology. He’s well hydrated but seems to always have diarrhea so maybe it’s that.

As for the supplements I’ve been giving a calcium with D3 dusting two times a week on his salad and on his crickets. Plus I’ve been giving him blueberry soy yogurt cause it was recommended as a probiotic on here. I’m thinking about switching to a probiotic supplement though.

It might be too much calcium depending on how much he eats. For example, 3-4 dusted crickets will not be as much calcium as on 8-12, etc. Salad sprinkled VERY lightly with calcium would be plenty or calcium on 3-4 crickets. That and extra hydration should help, offer baby food squash or make sure the greens are wet like Karrie said. Dripping water on the snout or putting him in a plastic container of water too if he'll drink. I would not give any meds., don't worry about a fecal test if he's not sickly .

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
