Mulberry Farms, A Review to a Kill (get it?)

A few weeks back I'd ordered 500 reptiworms and a few cups of mealworms. I ordered a heat pack and standard shipping. It took 6 days to get here in Central Ohio from Cali, there'd been some snow and plenty of frigid temps. The death count was huge. It was sort of depressing. Such a waste. It should be noted that somehow the heat pack wasn't there tho I'd been charged and it was on the invoice.
I had been corresponding with Susan via email before I received the package because even directly before Christmas shipping didn't take that long. So when I told her they were dead and the heatpack not included she 2 day prioritied a repeat order to me. It took a full wk this time but the heat pack was there, the mealworms were in cloth bags with newspaper just everywhere. (before all in plastic tubs)
Well at any rate, I'm very happy with their service.
Still pretty offput by 2 day priority taking longer than standard. USPS only guarantees overnight which is ...how to keep this PG rated and still express myself fully...well, it's crap. But Mulberry Farms is pretty great.

I've looked at mulberry and thought the deals were good until I saw the shipping. Anyways I order my superworms from West Coast Roaches, they sell them off Amazon and you can get free shipping. Not sure why they don't sell them from their website.

I'll check them out. I just ordered a bunch of red worms from Backwater Reptiles, no shipping charge. I'm really new to online ordering and boy do I feel it. If it didn't allow the dragons a decent diet variety (only mealworms and crickets in these parts) then I'd toss it in the shuck it bucket. It's very frustrating. Convenient, but frustrating.
Looking forward to adulthood when we won't be so darn dependent on bugs.

Mulberry Farms price on the soldier fly larvae is fantastic so its good you bought them there. I usually only get them when I go to expos. I love superworms though because of how long they live and the ease of breeding them.
