Mouth rot?

It looked like my Yoshi had a piece of dry salad, he likes to eat his leftovers from the day before, on his lip. I opened up his mouth and I don't know if it looks okay or not. I think the darker spot is some dry salad, but I don't want to pick it off if it's something else.

He is about a year and a half old, has the proper lighting, basking spot hovers around 100, has a salad usually every day, a few crickets a day, has the calcium and multivitamins in proper amounts, has water available at all times, is in a large DIY enclosure that's four Foot by two foot by two foot I believe, is on tile, the enclosure is cleaned once a week and poop is cleaned up when spotted.

Does it look like mouth rot? If so is it contagious? How should I treat it?

Here's another one. I don't think it's showing up still. I'm updating it properly, but it's not showing up. Why isn't it showing the pictures?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
