Mouth Rot? Or just a white tongue?

Ok I've had my beardie Nero about two months and he was given to me. He is about two years old. He's eating, bathing, drinking, pooping, all normally. I have mercury vapor bulb which keeps the hot side about 101* and it's about 80* on the cool side. I also use a heating coil on the top of the tank to keep the tank from getting too cold while he sleeps. He doesn't appear to be sick but the tongue makes me curious. Is he normal or is a vet visit in order? Any advice would be appreciated =) I'm not for sure how to post pics either since I am new to this site.

If it's just white at the end, that's normal.
