Mounting Reptisun 10.0 in Cage?

Does anyone know where i can get a Reptisun 10.0 holder that goes inside the cage. It looks like a regular hood for the reptisun 10.0, but without the actual hood. It looks like this:

The first one has chords attached to the ends of the tube and is what i would prefer, but does anyone know how to hang it in the cage?
PS: My cage is 36 inches long does a 24 inch reptisun 10.0 sound good?

Walmart in the lighting section, for $9.
I used those Command hooks that stick on smooth surfaces, and used them to hang it inside the viv. Right now I have a board going across the top of my viv, with the fixture mounted to it.
And the 24" is perfect for a 40 gal.
