Moss?

My bearded dragon is approximately 4 years old and I take her outside often in the summer months when it is warm. Every time I take her outside she heads for the garden wall where there is moss growing. We don't use pesticides in our yard and neither do our neighbors. My question is, is it safe for my beardie to eat the moss. I've been stopping her every time she tries but wondering if I could let her since she will not eat any type of veggies I give her.
