Okay, so I had my guy eating Phoenix worms when he was much smaller (20g) but now at 130g he's been eating mostly crickets and salad. I'd like to introduce more PWs to his feedings because I haaaaate having a large amount of crickets around. A couple of questions:
The packing material used in the cups - how are you removing the worms from it? I take them out using forceps and find since it is so damp that I have to either rinse or blow off the excess and it's annoying/time consuming. Is that how everyone else does it? The worms are so small that at this age it will take eons to clean off the proper amount, it seems!
Also, how are you serving them? Although my feeding dish successfully wrangles mealworms and small crickets, the PWs just adhere to anything & climb right out! That makes it hard for my kid to eat them all before they sneak off, and the last thing I want are maggots all in my viv.. ugh..
Thanks in advance for any input!
