I was frantic when my beardie love started laying eggs! She laid 36. My vet said this is normal for first timers. None were fertilized. sort of like a chicken. She has not been with a male. She is however in a glass cage next to a very handsome male and they head bob all the time at each other. My vet said this is not a concern. but 3 weeks later she is laying eggs again. 24 this time. I really want to breed her eventually with this male (both loves!). We are doing planned parenthood because I want to be sure they are both ready, healthy and I am knowledgeable in all breeding. Right now I am reading and trying to learn but can't find much on planned parenthood. I want to be a responsible breeder and care very much about these possible offsprings. My primary concern is the health of both these dragons. They were both rescue. I love them and am concerned more about them. Is there a knowledgeable certified breeder out there who can give me some information on where to start? Do you need to be a certified breeder and how do I find out about that. I want to do the right thing the right way and need knowledge before breeding. Can anyone help me?
