I have 2 bearded dragons that are about 4 years old and they are housed separately. I attempted breeding them many times and the female just tries to attack him.. They head bob and wave at each other all day.. What could be wrong? Anyone else have similar problems?

Have your dragons ever brumated? Sometimes the females can become more dominant than the males, when this happens it almost always ends up in a fight. You also have to be sure the female is receptive and willing to breed, otherwise she won't have any part of it. The best time is right after they wake up from brumation, the rest of the year can be kind of iffy.
