MAGGOT in cricket keeper?!?! Please help!

Ok...Just went to feed my older beardie, Fred, and the cricket keeper(the ones with tubes) the tube had A MAGGOT IN IT. It looked like a fly maggot, and these crickets are really big and probably adults so I’m worried they might’ve bred. And I’m afraid to feed out of that cricket bin because I’m afraid it might be something toxic... (I know, I’m crazy.)

Please help!

Probably is a maggot from either house flies or fruit gnats/flies. Clean the cricket keeper with soap and water real good. Maggots are not toxic to beardies so don't worry too much about it.
