Lost toenail and is now ingrowing HELP!

Hi my Beardie's name is Taylor and he is 7 months old. He shows small depleasure by closing one of his eyes almost always when he walks and by hardly doing any thing but laying around under his basking lamp. I have tried to get him to run and play thinking he is just tired but he still preferrs to sun bathe. What should I do? Does anyone know a good reptile specialized vet in Folsom, CA?
