what do you guys think of ll reptile?

i ordered 500 crickets on monday night so they where to arrive today. i waited all day because it said it would before 3pm so i waited and it just showed up at 6:58 the box was damaged crushed and the fed ex guy said they where a lot missing but they where still some their. he told me to refuse it and that they where going to ship it back. so i send them an email since their closed already and asked for a refund. do you guys know any good place to buy live food ?

I really like this place I get my vitamins here and they are shipped to me in Canada

My brother works at UPS and the damage probably happened when they were unloading the truck or during shipping. The workers unloading these trucks work at a fast pace and sometimes things get dropped or the stacked boxes will topple over. Most places will usually replace your order for free if there was damage during shipping.

If you're ordering from LLLreptile, then I'm assuming you're on the west coast? If so, http://www.mulberryfarms.com/ would be a better bet. MUCH better prices on feeders. I like lllreptile, I go to their retail locations to get various supplies...but never feeders.

Yeah I did ll reptile for crix a few times.... Seemed like too many doa's and they died to quick! I dont feed crix now but I get my feeders from mulberry farms, I always ask to ship it so it's held at the post office too many times my mail man just leaves the box baking in the sun :x

They called me and said they wheregonna replace t for free so I'm going to give Ben another chance if not I'm just gonna order from someone else since no one locally has baby crickets! I'm going to go TTY petco today see if they have any.

I buy mine form chirp-n-time. I have been totally happy with them and have ordered from several times. They are on ebay or you could call them at 513-738-7189
or 513-907-9071.
They are cheaper then a lot of companies and the crickets are great, they live until I feed them.LOl. They are a family owned company out of Ohio.
I got 2000 crickets for 37.00 shipped.I cannot remember how much 1000 is but it is not much.

I've never ordered feeders from lll reptile, but when I lived on the west coast, I loved their retail stores. The animals seemed well cared for, and everyone who worked there was knowledgeable and friendly. I've ordered supplies from them and never had a problem.

I order feeders from mulberry farms even now that I'm on the east coast. Easy, fast, (relatively) cheap, and a great selection. And they have really good sales now and then.

Just mine (and Grendel's) two cents.
