Little things that make you smile

A few days ago I started putting a small blanket in Rorschach's cage, which he love sleeping under. I take it out in the mornings so crickets don't hide in there and die.

Today I didn't have anywhere to be so i just turned on his lights....about twenty minutes later he finally decided to pop his head out and look around all sleepy eyed before climbing on his log to bask...was cute and made me smile.

Then he eye bulged and i had a laugh.

What little things do your dragons do that make you give a giggle?

i LOVE LOVE LOVE when Phoenix is out of his viv and comes up to me crawls up to my leg and curls up in a ball to snuggle :love5: so sweet!!

Harvey has a "thing" for this pair of fleece pants my husband wears, once he is out and realizes that he can get on those, he's climbing, jumping, scrabbling, anything he can to get closer to those pants.

I also love when I'm sitting at the table (where my laptop lives these days) and he rubs over and starts licking my toes, and then looks up at me like "Hi mom!"

They are so sweet...

When you say eye bulged, what do you mean? Because last week I had scare because it seemed that one of my girls eyes were coming out of there head. Her eyes were close and they looked like they were puffing out.

We call it the "Freaky Eye Thing". There's an article in the care section about it. Dragons normally do that when their eyelids are shedding. It really does freak you out when you first see it, but that's all it is. It helps a great deal getting the shed out of their eyes. Nothing to worry about, just means your dragon is growing!

Sometimes Harvey's eyes look like that if he sleeps with his beard pressed into the tip of his log. It freaks me out but as soon as he lifts his head up, they go back to where they are supposed to.

I have 2 dragons,Alf loves her stuffed animals and it makes me smile when she cuddles up with her stuffies.Gimli likes to puff his beard for me,he stretches almost every morning getting ready to eat and puffs out his beard,when I speak to him he turns his head as if to say here it is mom do you like my beard?" They are both precious.

Sam makes me laugh when She tries chasing crix in a small glass aquarium. Neither she or the crix can get traction. :lol:

She also makes me laugh when I turn her lights on at 7 am every morning. She is usually snuggled under the paper towels. when she first pokes her head out, she gives me the stink eye! Its like she is saying "WTH is wrong with you? Can't you see I was sleeping?!?" lol

Cora does the same thing in the mornings when I uncover her from her blankie. She sleeps right in the middle of it all covered up. I uncover her after her light comes on and get the BIGGEST stink eye ever. Every morning without fail. lol

My little Elias enjoys watching out the window when we take a drive, and he waves at the air vent when I turn the heater on him.

He also enjoys basking on my boyfriend's snuggie. He won't stay on mine for some reason ...

It makes me smile when I see Ursus glassdancing when he decides to go over and look into my anoles cage. So cute! But once he's over a foot, I'll have to put something in between their cages so that Ursus doesn't stress Louis out, thinking he's a meal.
