Lily not under Basking Spot

Well I have noticed that a few Days now Lilly always moves away from her Basking Spot through out the Day.
When I come home from Work she is laying in the Corner and when I pick her up she is cold. So I put her under the Basking Light and stays there for a while then she moves again.
She eats very well I don't have a trouble there. She is now 11 Month old and she is 17 inch long and is 411g
She has a UVB strip light Reptisun 10.0 across the whole tank and a Zoo Med 150W Repti Basking Bulp.
The basking spot has a temp of 102f and the cold said is at 77f and worm said 85f.
She is in a 55gallon Tank by herself.
I'm in Canada and it's still summer and pretty worm so I don't think she will go into Brummation or am I wrong.
She always has what looks to me like sleepy Eyes.

Hi, Lily's a pretty girl. Could you fill us in on the type of thermometer you're using, digital strip, round gauge (dial), temperature gun or digital with long wire & probe end? Where exactly are you getting the 102 degree reading?

Good that you have the Repti-Sun 10.0 fluorescent strip. Do you know if it's a T8 or T5 (high output) bulb? What is the distance of it when she is in her basking spot?

It's good that she is eating well. She may be starting brumation but wanted to rule out any bulb or temp issues first.

The picture I attached with this post that is her normal basking spot and I get 102 in the middle and lower temp all around. I have a temp gun which I use.
The Reptile Sun strip light is a t8 and it is inside her tank. The uv light is on the left side on the top and her basking spot is on the right side about 15inch away from her.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
