Im looking to buy a repti sun uvb light, where is the best place to get one?

what should i do, right now i have a 20G tank and i know the light is sapose to go along the whole top of the enclosure, what about when i go up to a bigger size tank, can i just buy a 24" light and be fine for when i go bigger, and where should i buy the light fixture, ive looked at lowes but that are the flat kind and wont rest right on top of the viv
