Lighting Timing

Hey I just had a practical question.... how do you guys/gals regulate the 12/12 day/night cycle? Do you use the expensive power bars that pet stores sell or is there a cheaper alternative? I was thinking about trying my Home Depot/Lowe's to see if they had any kind of timers.

Any kind of light timer will do. Definitely go with Home Depot or Lowes,or even Walmart. You wil save big $$.
