I have recently got my bearded dragon and I’m a first timer so I don’t know much about there diets I have been reading different pages I have talked to friends but I’m still not sure my friend is tell me I can feed him lettuce but I just read that lettuce is something to avoid giving it. I just want some confirmations if I’m able to or not. Thanks

Dark leafy greens like collars, turnip greens, dandelion greens, kale, etc work best. They should also get a variety of veges like squash, green beans, bell pepper, etc. The more variety you can provide, the better. Just offer what you can get fresh locally and rotate based on what's available to you. A wide variety of options in their diet will provide the best nutrition. http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html You will find what their favorite options are over time and can include those on a more steady basis. That will vary from dragon to dragon though.
