Getting your UVB fixed should help him take care of that shed by his own, I'd rather let it be for now and just make sure he's hydrated.

No need to worry about shed, it comes off on it's own. Dragons shed in patches and the older they get the longer it may take so it seems like it needs help when it really doesn't.

So I see a heat bulb in the corner, is that an all in one mercury vapor bulb, heat + uvb ?

What brand is it , I think you say Arcadia 100 watt on your profile ? If it was about $15-$20 it would be a basking bulb but if it cost arounds $50 or more it's a all in one mercury vapor. [ MVB ]

Yeah it was about £15-20 from what I remember. Are the all in ones any good though?

Most people prefer the tube uvb,it gives better coverage and no danger of hot spot and narrow uvb beam. So definititely get the long uvb and that should help greatly.

Humidity in the tank helps w/ shedding - do you have a hygrometer in the tank?

What kind are you getting -- not all UVB's are good - Zoo Med -- Arcadia Pro T 5 w/ the 12% bulb or a Sunblaster Nano Tech are recommended
