Leaving beardie in room for day time.

Okay, when I get my bearded dragon will I be able to have it in my room in its cage? I am at school for 8 hours a day, but when I get home I always go up to my room. I will take it out of its terrarium and handle it and everything for a long time, but can it handle being alone in its terrarium for a day? Or, do I need to bring it downstairs to be social with my family during the day?

They get accustomed to a schedule and, prefer it to stay the same. He will be fine by himself in your room.
Moving his "cage" back and, forth is not an option, they hate change!!!
Cage.....I refer to them as Kingdoms, Domains or, Realms, sometimes a Viv but, never a cage. Caged seems to be a harsh punishment for such sweet creatures!!!

He will be fine as long as he gets interaction. Do not move your beardie, they do not like change.

I go to school for 7 hours and sometimes I have to go to dance lessons after school so that's another 2 hours. My beardie is fine when I get home as my parents feed him in the morning and I just feed him at 5-7pm.

As long as they get interaction, food, water, and heat, your little guy should be fine
