Those of you who have a silkback:
A report from Josh (phantom) is that silkbacks can get sores on the bottoms of their feet around 12" long if kept on hard surfaces such as tile. I know the ins and outs about sand, but he recommends it for silkbacks over 12". If I were to get a silkback, I would feed its live feeders in a separate container after the introduction of sand. Just a heads up on something I learned today.
