I have one just like that too. Lays around on his basking platform most of the day, doesn't go after bugs unless they crawl right in front of him, and he's a lousy shot with his tongue and misses them half the time too, so we have to keep herding them back into the "strike zone". :roll:
He is about 5 years old and ADV positive, so in his case I can't be sure how much of the "laziness" is normal for his age, and how much is due to the virus.
:?: "Spots underneath him" -- are you talking about what are often called "stress lines" (erroneously, by the way, because they don't always indicated stress)? It could just be that he got a little cold. When you take them out of their
bath and they're wet, they can cool off very quickly. We usually wrap our beardie in a little towel after his
bath and cuddle him for a little while, and then put him back on his basking platform under the heat lamps so he can stay warm.
