lady bugs?

so my bearded dragon has probably eaten 6 lady bugs by now, in the winter my room is infested...it's bad. now I looked it up, and the results contradict eachother some say it's fine some say it's toxic. my beardie is very healthy (for now) does anyone know for sure ?

I wouldnt feed lady bugs, I have come accross the same info and yes it does seem they are slightly toxic on their own, however what compounds the problem it whatever pesticides or fertilizers they come in contact with. Best to just avoid them. NEVER let your dragon eat a firefly or lightning bug.
