Kazi's foot is getting better!!! - UPDATE PG4 21/11/08

Hooray She looks so much better.Now she can really live up to her name

Thats quite a scary thought you know... if she gets any more like her name suggests, i think I may need councilling!! Il be grey before I turn 23!!! Was just thnking about the decoration of her new house - i got some fake greenery for the sides - think I may need to install trampolines as a substrate along with those, - so she bounces when she throws herself off the vines - either that or no nice greenery!!


Everyone else, thanks for the lovely comments - despite all her madness, shes just totally adorable (in my eyes at least)!!!

lol... i guess not!!! You definitely helped me name her well!!! she has such lively personality - it just proves how strong and determined they are - I kno shes a lot better off than many of those iv come across on here, but despite the daily baths and poking at her foot and general annoyance i have been to her, shes always been that bubbly little baby I fell in love with at the pet shop! AND shes kept up the crazy attitude... you just have to love the madness!!!

Ok so another month has passed since Kazi came to be my baby!!! Rather than have 20 different threads, im going to keep all the pic updates in this one and any unusual behaviour (if I ever catch it on camera) will prob be posted separately. Anyway, I think another little update is due!!! AND, iv finally found out that SHE is a HE!!! Hoping he hasnt got too much of a complex with all the female references iv made to him!!! Im starting to get used to it now tho so all is good.

Hes now reached 10 inches and 68 grams - although this speedy growth rate has now begun to slow down - he seems to be filling out at the moment rather than getting longer!!! He's actually eating like a horse!

Anyway, here are his pics.

Haha, im still refering to 'her' and 'she' at times. Hope he can tolerate it for a little while until I change my way of thinking. He really is getting big tho... sometimes I just think why cant he stay a baby forever lol. so glad his name is pretty neutral. Hopefully, that will help him in forgiving me (if he doesnt, guess he'll always be a daddy's boy lol!)!

O hes more than 10 inches now.... just over 11 in fact! hes growing like a weed! every week we have a 'weigh in' day where he and Abu get measured - Abu hates it!! Im sure it wont be long until Athena is as big as Nyroc tho - enjoy her while shes little! lol!

And his foot.... his toes are a little kinky and his foot is actually noticeably smaller than the 'healthy' foot but its all good - it doesnt cause him any issues. His nails are also growing back (other than that long toe). Hes loving the 'using my feet as paintbrushes' at the moment... which is just great when he poops!!! lol

and his little burn mark... hopefully this next shed will see this fading even more!

Yeah, hes improved so much in the last 2.5 months - at some points, I didnt think his foot would make it, but either way I know he would have been just fine!! He does have some shedding issues with it but thats being carefully watched. He really just keeps growing tho - sometimes, I wish the 'baby stage' could go on forever... but at the same time I cant wait to see the big beardie he will hopefully become!!
