Kale

My beardie is over a year and a half. I have read mixed messages about feeding your beardie kale. some say u can feed it daily or every other but other sites say that you shouldn't feed it that much. My beardie likes kale but since I get mixed information, I don't feed it to him a lot, maybe a couple times a week. I just want to know for sure that im not hurting my beardie.

Hi there, kale is fine. People used to think that it contained a lot of oxalates that would bind calcium [ preventing it from being absorbed ] but it does not. It's right on par with collard greens + others.

I agree. I include kale in regular rotation in my dragon's salads. I even grow it in my garden alongside collards to include in salads.
