Juvenile feeding questions

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could please give me some advice or Dos and DONTs for feeding. I was told Spinach is not a good idea to feed them--is this true? I bought a cricket feeder but how do I gut load the crickets? Also, what are fruits and veggies that should not be fed to them? Last question, do I fill the feeding dish once a day and leave it there or only set it in there for a period of time then take it out? Didn't know if food could or should be left for them to freely eat throughout the day. Thanks for the tips. I'm new to all this.

I was told Spinach is not a good idea to feed them--is this true? Yes, it binds to calcium and, takes it on through to the other end!
I bought a cricket feeder but how do I gut load the crickets?Feed them greens to gut load them.
Also, what are fruits and veggies that should not be fed to them? No citrus fruits, no iceburg lettuce or spinach for starters.
Last question, do I fill the feeding dish once a day and leave it there or only set it in there for a period of time then take it out? Didn't know if food could or should be left for them to freely eat throughout the day.It should be offered everyday and refreshed at least twice a day but, they generally won't touch it until they are about a year old or older.

I make mine a mixed bowl each morning of cabbage, carrot, kale, blueberry and butter-nut squash, all diced and finely chopped.

In the 5 days we have had her, she has had maybe 3 mouthfuls because I made her think they were silk worms but wrapping them up and wiggling them about. Other than that, zero cares are given by her but she's only 3 months.

The crickets eat better than she does. They have a ton of different vegetables and fruit in the tank to keep them alive until the day of the offering and they devour it all.

If they eat the fruit/veg, technically she gets some when she eats them...
