Just brought my baby beardie home but he won't eat

So last night I brought home a six month bearded dragon. Ever since I brought my beardie home, it won't eat anything! Is it from stress? Because of the big change? I've held him twice but the most recent time he just wanted to get back in his new tank! So what should I do? Should I not hold him for a couple days? Should I keep offering food even though he won't eat it? Help!!

Hihi,
It is completely normal for your new dragon to not eat or act strange when you first bring it home. I guess every beardie has their form of relocation stress. Try not to touch him/her for at least 4 days except for changing water, veggies, and cleaning the habitat. I've read stories of dragons taking up to a few weeks to get comfy in their new home. It'll take some time for them to become okay with you sticking your hand in their cage. Offer some banana, blueberry, and mango as a welcome home treat and I'm sure he/she will soon warm up to you.
Best of luckkkk :D
