Jiffy's beardies, Someone New!** pg 42

I do not have a thread for all of my boys day to day adventures.
I will start one here. I have bunches of pictures and cuteness, but dont want to overload anyone, so I will add stuff along.

Waffle just turned 4 on April 2nd. I have had him since he was about 6 weeks old.
Sweet boy, laid back, doesnt like to eat half the time. And he hates my boyfriend Butch! :lol:

Foster is my Craigslist beardie. I had not been looking for another beardie, but saw an add on Craigslist that said looking for a home for 3 legged baby bearded dragon. Well, that was all it took.
He will be 3 on June 16th. I have had him since he was almost 6 weeks old. He likes to eat, and head bob and black beard, and just lay around being bright orange!

Brady is my newest baby, and was my 2009 Valentines Day Present. He was in a local petstore, he was missing an arm, had no uv light, barely being fed, very tiny, in nasty conditions. I tried for 2 months to get the store to give him to me, or sell him to me. They said they were keeping him as a pet. Finally my boyfriend got him for me for Valentines Day. I think he is a bit more persuasive than I am! :wink:
He turned 1 on August 1st.

Hiya Jen! Thank goodness I get to keep up with your babies (and stalker squirrel and his recruits) on FB.

I absolutely adore Duckie, and I still don't believe that he's as naughty as you make him out to be.
May I ask what he was doing with the blankie, other than biting it?

We were trying to take his pics, and he just started biting. He usually does that to me when I try to hold him. I have to be fast to keep from being bitten. I need a video of him doing it. lol

Kazi used to do that to some of my t shirts. I remember this bright pink one that he went crazy for! I ended up throwing it away because I was afraid of him injuring me!

Thanks for keeping up with him, Jen! he is good at the moment besides the lack of poop :?

I hope Duckie enjoyed the blankie, better that than you. It's weird that he still likes to bite, hopefully he'll eventually realize it's not a good thing. How have you been Jen, it's nice to see you here again.
We're all good, Lonzo has decided it's winter & is sleeping. I did get him out of his hide yesterday, was going to give him a bath before he started to really brumate. You should have seen the death glare & even though I blocked his hide opening, he just bulled through it & went back to sleep, silly dragon.

Duckie is one ungrateful beardie, to keep trying to bite the hand that cuddles & feeds him :mrgreen: Brat!

Yes, I'm so glad Sweetie finally laid those eggs, guess she was waiting for the laybox, so glad that's over with, now I just have to plump her up again. Tell Waffle Sweetie says hi & that she misses him.

Didi is staying with me now forever, as Nicole can't find a way to ship him to Japan. I know she misses him, so I just sent her 29 pics! Now I have to work on good pics for the calendar of all of them.

He is definitely a brat!
I know that Nicole hates she cant get Didi to her, but I know it has to be a huge relief to her that he will be in such great care.
I have to pick out calendar pics to send in as well.

I came home last night to find that Duckie had passed away.
I am too upset to type lots about it now. We took him to the vet for a necropsy and they said that he had a large tumor in his abdomen and it eroded a blood vessel and he bled to death internally.

Oh, Jen, I am so sorry ~ I know too well the hole left in your heart right now, you can reach me if you need, thru here or FB ~ hugs, my friend. He may have had his crazy wicked ways, but know that he was loved and he knew it, but like Psycho, just didn't want to admit it. I loved all his crazy antics, and soon you and Butch will be able to look back and smile thinking about him.
